How it works:
All orders must be placed every Monday by 4pm. Orders can be picked up the following day (Tuesday) before 5:30pm. To make special pickup arrangements please call, 860-982-4698.
What happens if what I order is not available?
In the event that our produce distributors do not have exactly what was ordered, Raw Food Central will make substitutions as close as possible to the original order. If you would prefer that we make absolutely NO substitutions please add a note in the comment field at checkout.
How much am I ordering?:
Each product is ordered by the case. Click the drop down menu next to your desired selection to indicate the total number of cases.
*Half cases can be ordered but are not guaranteed. Two customers must order the same product in a half case for us to fulfill both orders. Please refer to our new “Half Orders Block” which displays other customers shopping for half cases.
Does pricing fluctuate?
Produce prices can fluctuate weekly due to a variety of circumstances including season, transportation cost, etc.
Can I change my order after I place it?:
Yes, at any time you can change/revise your order(s). As long as the changes or additional orders are placed before the Monday 4pm deadline it is OK.
